HOW IT WORKS

All our clothing, hats and accessories are produced via print-on-demand dropshipping. This means that when you place an order, the order information is forwarded to a printing company that then makes the product and ships it to the buyer. We have sought to find and use the printing services that produce the highest quality products. Different products are produced and shipped by different companies based in different locations.  For this reason once an order has been sent to production it can no longer be changed or cancelled. Furthermore, once an order has been processed, a product is going to be produced and there will be no refunds or exchanges permitted unless an item is defective or damaged, in which case, follow the procedure described below under the Refunds & Exchanges section. Production and shipping duration vary based on both the printing company and the location of the buyer. On average all orders will be processed and shipped within 2-7 business days for orders placed from the USA.  Each printing company sets their own shipping rates for each product type, which can be found below. In an effort to keep shipping costs as low as possible, the shipping costs of additional items of the same type within the same order for domestic orders will be free, and a reduced shipping rate for international orders will be included.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • On average all orders will be processed and shipped within 2-7 business days.

  • Please make sure your order is shipping to a secure location with correct shipping details. Mountain Surf Company is not responsible for the package once the order has left the printers. Furthermore, we cannot change shipping details, once an order has been sent to production.

  • Shipping rates are set by the printing company, and vary based on the product and the location of the buyer. See the shipping rate below for details

  • In an effort to keep shipping costs as low as possible, we cover the shipping costs of additional items of the same type within the same order for orders placed from the USA and a reduced shipping rate for international orders will be included.

  • After an item is shipped, things have moved beyond our control. Shipping duration (particularly for international orders) is affected by many outside influences, especially COVID-19. If you’d like an update on your order, please reference the tracking number.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
  • Given the nature of print-on-demand dropshipping, no refunds, returns or exchanges are permitted once an order has been processed, unless an item is recieved damaged or defective.

  • If an item is received damaged or defective, send us an email describing the issue and attach a photograph showing the issue. This can be things like manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. Once we receive the complaint, we will then file a claim with the printing provider, and if the complaint is deemed valid they will then issue a full refund for the product and shipping cost. Since the item has been already produced there will be no need to return it. Complaints must be filed within 30 days (for domestic orders) or 45 days (for international orders) of the damaged product delivery.

  • If you would like a replacement for the damaged product, you can place another order after your refund has been processed.

  • If the customer ordered the wrong size or color, or entered incorrect shipping details, we will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.

  • Mountain Surf Company does not formally recognize the phenomenon of buyer’s remorse. If the desired order arrives at a buyer’s specified address in a reasonable time, in good condition, in the correct size, and possesses no production errors, we believe the job to be complete.

  • If an order arrives with manufacturing errors, in the wrong size, or has other obvious errors, we’ll happily work with you to find a solution. However, if a customer simply changes their minds regarding a sale, it’s unlikely that a refund, exchange, or other special treatment will be offered.

SHIPPING RATES
  • Shipping rates are set by the printing provider, and vary based on product, and the buyers location. 

  • The first item of each type of order will incur a shipping fee, that will be calculated at checkout. Shipping cost for additional items of the same type within the same order will be free of charge for orders placed in the USA, and will incur a reduced shipping rate for international orders.

  • Since different item types are produced by different printers, each different item type in an order will incur additional shipping charges.

  • Shipping rates are subject to change, and we do our best to update changes as soon as we are made aware of them, but we do not control them. Please let us know if there is a discrepancy so we can update the listed rates as soon as possible.
